Switch from HPS to LED Lighting

SOLARSYSTEM
Series

SolarSystem® Series

The SolarSystem series from California Lightworks is a high-power range of LED grow lights for direct replacement of traditional HID bulb technology – at up to 50% less energy and heat and never a bulb to change. Power levels are available from 200 to 800 watts – all featuring programmable digital spectrum control for the highest quality and yields at the least possible energy usage. We use only top-shelf Osram with the highest efficiency in the market. SolarSystem series delivers stellar light quality with independent Red/White/Blue spectrum control to optimize flower shelf appeal and overall results

SolarSystem® 1100

The SolarSystem 1100 (SS 1100) represents the most powerful horticulture LED lights we’ve ever made. The SS 1100 is lightweight yet puts out more light than much larger LED grow lights and will replace a 1000-watt HPS system. Powerful enough for veg or bloom, the SS 1100 features fully programmable spectrum control with the optional SolarSystem Controller.

This grow light system enables 0 to 100% dimming of commercial LED grow lights. It also offers a large 5’ x 5’ bloom coverage area and 8’ x 8’ foot vegetative coverage area. A high efficiency of 2.51 umol/j and 0–800-W power consumption contributes to efficient growing operations. Light output from our full spectrum grow lights promotes photosynthesis at all stages of growth and a comfortable environment to assess and maintain crops.

SolarSystem® 550

Overcoming the limitations of high-intensity discharge lighting systems, the SolarSystem 550 LED grow light system offers programmable spectrum control over multiple wavelengths. It operates at a frequency of 50-60 Hz and draws a maximum current of 3.3A @ 120 V, 1.65 A @ 240 V. Power consumption ranges from 0-400 W, which is exceptional compared to traditional UVB grow lights.

In fact, our full spectrum horticulture LED lights are some of the most durable, energy-efficient commercial LED grow lights on the market. Plus, this grow light system provides uniform lighting over a maximum bloom coverage area of 4 x 4 feet, and a vegetative coverage zone of 6 x 6 feet. Single users and users of commercial grow lights can benefit from a broad-spectrum system that supports photosynthesis and robust plant growth.

SolarSystem® 275

SolarSystem 275 has 2-channel dimming, as opposed to 3 on the 550 and 1100 models. If you connect the SolarSystem Controller to this unit, the white channel will have no effect on this fixture. As a result, view mode will simply shut this light off. Please contact us if you’re not sure if this fixture is right for you. The SolarSystem 275 is suited for commercial, greenhouse, and personal growers. Able to cover a 3 x 3-foot bloom area and 5 x 5-foot vegetative area, it draws a maximum of 200 watts, saving energy and cost. This LED grow light system provides all the benefits of programmable spectrum control, meaning an unlimited potential for all types of growing operations. Using all parts of the light spectrum focuses energy into wavelengths plants need to thrive.

SOLARSYSTEM® UVB

  • Supplemental UVB- 24 watt T5 Fluorescent.
  • Improves resin development and potency in cannabis.
  • Used during the last few weeks of flowering.
  • Piggyback design offers up to 10 unit installations from a single outlet.
  • Covers 4′ x 4′ at 3′ above the canopy.
  • UVB bulb is included.
  • Measures 23″ x 4″ x 2″

SolarSystem® Controller

The SolarSystem Controller features programmable 0% to 99% spectrum control over three spectrum ranges – Blue, White and Red. You can use the controller in manual mode only to adjust the light spectrum or use the digital clock and calendar to run custom light recipes over a day, week, month or entire season.

Programmable Spectrum Control Means Infinite Possibilities

UBV Kit

The SolarSystem UVB features the latest generation high output UVB T5 fluorescent bulb.
