What Light Spectrum Do Plants Need for Photosynthesis?
Plants use the wavelengths between 350 nm and 650 nm for photosynthesis. This includes the light spectrum from blue to red. Within this spectrum, plants primarily use blue and red light for photosynthetic processes, but they are able to use minimal amounts of green light for photosynthesis as well.
