The SolarXtreme 1000 is an easy to use full-spectrum LED grow light designed especially for grow tents and smaller-scale home growing. Covering 25 square feet, it is one of our most productivity-enhancing LED grow lights.

The SolarXtreme series uses a revolutionary new generation of COB (chip on board), as well as new direct AC drive technology, which eliminates the need for LED drivers that can turn large LED lights into energy guzzlers. This offers high-efficiency LEDs at a much lower cost than traditional LEDs. This fixture puts out a full spectrum suitable for all phases of growth without the need for adjusting.

Powerful light

I own three CLW lights. I’ve ran this light for two cycles now. This light can produce excellent results. However, it runs wayyyyy too hot for a lot of tents. My basement is 66-70 degrees. I had it in a 5x5 and had to upgrade a lot of equipment to keep the tent cool. Now it’s in a 4x8 with another cooler light. Had to buy a portable AC to still use it. Two high velocity exhausts, 2 large duct intakes, 4 fans, and in a basement wasn’t enough. I personally don’t think this light is meant for tent growers.

Superior Product, Service, and Results.

I'm an old school HPS/MH...I've read, researched, and read again about LEDs. I suggest you do the same and not rely on the reviews...I've now invested in 3 CLW lights. They are superior products. I'm a discerning individual. This is science and art to me. CLW lights are paramount in my opinion...my experience is 20 years plus. The only glitch you'll experience is hanging height because their so darn powerful. Make sure you have the height because normal rules don't apply to these lights. This is a good thing people because you don't have to play around with mediocrity.
Just try one....
Packaging and Shipping is expeditious, safe and secure.

Bring the Sun indoors !

This is the 4th time I've purchased California lightworks lights. I buy them because they are bright as the Sun and last for years. My plants never know they aren't outside !

Awesome

I've always used HPS. This light saves energy and no heat compared to a 1000/w HPS.
I haven't hit the flowering stage yet but everything looks amazing.

20 day review

This light is extremely bright, cooling fans are silent, the plants seem to love them so far. The only thing I was disappointed in was the quality of the brackets for the UVA lights. It is a very cheap metal and the holes didn’t line up quite right, so I had to modify it to install securely. I think hanging an $1100 dollar light from such light weight material is asking for trouble, especially with it weighing so much.
